"Puerto Del Carmen Holiday"

Superb accommodation, top class staff, particularly Mohamad on reception who was very helpful and kind. The location is unbeatable for both Puerto Del Carmen Old Town and New Town. Very clean. Swimming pool excellent. The whole place is very well run, very quiet and comfortable, and very safe and secure. We even had the lovely treat of our neighbour's friendly cat calling in to see us every day which we enjoyed. This place deserves top marks and that's what I'm giving it. 10/10.

There's nothing to dislike about this place.

The location was excellent and people very friendly

The apartment could do with redecorate. Very tired and furniture not comfortable and dated.

"Loved the area and pool site, gardens etc but the apartments need upgraded"

The pool area was amazing

The apartments need updated it was only cleaned and not properly weekly. We stayed for six weeks, no dusting, the same settee cover for that time. Some weeks no bath mat or toilet rolls. The restaurant owner was not pleasant to us.

"Essenziale ma piacevole"

Il tutto essenziale. Bella vista dal terrazzino. La piscina un valore aggiunto soprattutto come alternativa alla spiaggia quasi impraticabile per via del vento.

Per accedere al nostro appartamento o alla piscina occorre la chiave, per cui difficile muoversi singolarmente, se si è in due o più per la singola chiave a disposizione.
