Falta de limpieza e higiene. Ejemplo: Escobilleros con orin y suciedad 2 de las 5 camas, las sábanas, con mal olor. Al entrar en la casa huele a humedad Cristales de la casa muy sucios Bandejas del lavavajillas oxidadas Colilla en una de las macetas de interior Falta de trapos de cocina Faltas de pinzas de tender Tazas de café guardadas en los muebles sucias. Falta de higiene en general. Suelo de madera en mal estado

Byt je prostorný, má dvě koupelny,majitel komunikuje rychle,klidná lokalita.

Byt by potřeboval generální úklid.Nábytek má svoje léta za sebou. Byt má velký potenciál,ale špinavé a nefunkční detaily ho snižují. Chybí rychlovarná konvice a tablety do myčky.
