Apartamentos Provima

Excellent location being smack bang in the middle of the strip. Other reviews mentioned the noise, but we were on floor 13 and once the bedroom doors were closed, you couldn't hear anything. It was a very nice touch with earplugs being provided, but none of us needed them. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the facilities were top notch. Host was very easy to contact and responded to queries within the hour. We messaged them when we arrived and they met us at the gate and showed us to the apartment, The grounds of the apartment block are very safe with a choice of access via 2 separate locked gates. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't fault the apartment. The lift access to the apartment could be an issue for people who suffer from claustrophobia. They only fit 2/3 people in and are very snug. Not the apartments fault, just something you might want to consider. There're stairs available though, but it's quite a way up/down being on the 13th floor.

Good/bad location The bad right in the middle of everything so the noise is rough. Only other complaints was minor(the keys stuck in the door a few time)

Very clean flat. Good view on the terrace. Close to beach. Restaurant and bar everywhere, relatively cheap food and beers around. Quick walk to the old town which is unexpectedly quite nice and some area peaceful at night. Two blocks in the back, street Jaen has free public parking. Owner mentioned blue zone sea below the flat also free parking before Jul. But we didn’t want to take the risk.

If you come here for the party, then you are in the spot. Right above the strip club and music club. People mentioned about noise, we didn’t know we are in the central spot. Flat is very basic, with the small room not equipped with aircon, can be stuffy, as you can’t sleep with window open, as club noise was too loud.

The keys were handed over efficiently no waiting around for the person to meet us excellent through out would highly recommend to family and friends

The Pillows could of been more high standard, but I understand this is a holiday let

The view from our room was not what we expected, it was extremely good and we could see a lot of the main strip as well the sea (it was great for people-watching in the evening haha). It was very clean and the facilities were great, the room provided everything we needed plus more. The accommodation is very secure and we felt safe at all times. Finally, the staff are polite, Oleg met us at the property for our late check-in and was very informative and was quick to respond to any questions wrote to him on the website.

Couldn’t fault this stay, we had a really good time. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean spacious room, everything you needed for a self catering apartment.

Very close to nightclubs so the music was playing until 7am. (Though appreciate that ear plugs are provided by host) As the room was on 12th floor if lifts didn’t work which happened on couple of occasions it’s a long walk up
