Contact throughout the booking experience, from initial booking to when we left. Someone was there to show us in, hand over the keys, explain house rules and where everything was. Excellent choice, and we will use again.

In the main strip of Benidorm. We were aware of this beforehand, however, and brought earplugs....although the host also did provide some!

Location was excellent 👌

I don't think much could be improved but I do like a double bed over single beds

The apartment was in a great location near to other hotels, not far from the beach. It was also very clean and tidy.

The lock on the front door was very temperamental and sometimes would not open. I got the hang of it by the end of my stay sometimes taking 10-15 minutes

Very clean and had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable.

Quite noisy at night as it is so central, although they did provide ear plugs.

Property facilities are good Apartments very clean and secure Location has plus and minus points! Very near the beach

Location is good if you want to party all night and sleep all day Unfortunately you are located on top of a nightclub and surrounded by nightclubs that are open all night until 8am !!! The description says soundproofing but this is untrue - the only soundproofing we found was the ear plugs left beside each bed. My brain can still hear the constant repetitive thump of the music Do your research properly - it’s says pool view but that is of the hotel next door although our host was very helpful in directing us to another hotels pool we could use.

Central and spacious

There was a strange smell on check In ( like vomit) However the apartment was clean and a great location we will stay there again
