Fantastic spot close to the tram system, beautiful view from balcony overlooking beack and sea.

"Ideal para relajarse en un ambiente familiar ."

Emplacement génial 👍 j'ai loué une voiture pour me rendre dans l'arrière pays ( Elche, Guadalest,etc car j'adore les montagnes etc) mais avec le tramway au pied du logement, vous pouvez aisément vous déplacer dans toutes les stations balnéaires de Alicante ( 25 minutes en voiture et en tram)à Denia. Calme dans la résidence, très familiale tout comme à la plage de Muchavista au pied du studio. Le studio est tout équipé ( voir la fiche renseignée en détails) et décoré avec goût. Pour s'y rendre,ne faites pas comme moi car j'ai enregistré l'adresse " carrer ed pinos" et le GPS ne trouvait pas, mettez " las lanzas,El Campello" il vous donnera l'adresse d'un restaurant " arrocería las lanzas" qui est super d'ailleurs. Puis avec les vidéos et fotos, vous reconnaîtrez facilement. Pour arriver et aussi aller aux supermarchés Carrefour, Lidl,Aldi, Mercadona etc en voiture,ne PAS rater la " Avenida del Fabraquer" qui est petite à l'embranchement en fait.En cas de problème, les gérants sont très sympathiques( muchas gracias por atenderme) , mais il vous faut une bonne connexion réseau 😆( pb pour moi à l'arrivée 😅).Au final, un excellent séjour,trop court, et je vous recommande ce logement et lieu idéal pour vous relaxer dans une eau à 27 degrés. A disfrutar los afortunados.

"Vistas inmejorables, pero no a este precio"

La ubicación es inmejorable si lo que buscas es playa y tranquilidad. Las vistas de la playa desde la terraza son una maravilla y como la mayoría de gente tiene parking, no es muy complicado aparcar en la calle. El edificio se nota que es en su mayoría familiar y no te da la sensación de alojamiento turístico.

Aunque está muy bien equipado, el menaje de cocina deja mucho que desear. Solo dos platos y ambos con roturas. El colchón es mejorable. La piscina está muy bien, pero en la urbanización de enfrente. Tienes que darte un paseo y el suelo es cemento. Hay algún banco o puedes llevar tu silla de la playa. En cuanto al precio, por mucho que esté en primera línea de playa, es Alicante. Poner un precio de Villa a un estudio donde la vitro está a metro y medio de la cama… es desorbitado.
