Everything is perfect. We are happy and contented during our stay

We didn't know that it was quite a good walk from the office where we took the key to the apartment itself while carrying our luggage.

Le falta un punto de luz en uno de los cuartos de baño sobre todo en el espejo, se queda muy oscuro ya que solo tiene un foco de luz en todo el cuarto de baño.

Location and view from the balcony is the value here, the rest is mediocre or even lower

Paper thin walls and windows, noisy, renovation is required, electrical system failures (boiler + ac trigger breakers), no vacum available with sandy beach nearby, good luck turning off electrical stove when the knobs fall off and you dont know where the 0 position is! shower faucet leaks, not enough things like toilet paper, thrash bags etc. on nights with stronger winds balcony barriers and window outdoor blinds start to vibrate and make noise that its hard to sleep so take some ear plugs with you!
