Die Lage direkt am Strand und der schöne Balkon mit Meerblick waren einzigartig! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles Nötige vorhanden. Es gab ein tolles Willkommenspaket mit einheimischen Spezialitäten, Wein, Saft und Milch! Wäscheständer und Strandtücher für alle waren vorhanden. Der Check-inn war sehr komfortabel.

Die Matratzen waren etwas weich und das Bettlaken rutsche immer wieder ab. Nicht überall besonders sauber, aber ok!

The apartment was in a perfect location with an absolutely stunning sea view. It was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay from kitchen essentials to Wi-Fi Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Valle Gran Rey

However, the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom (mattresses) have clearly seen better days and would really benefit from an upgrade especially if the apartment is being used as a holiday rental. In addition, the building entrance has a strong smell of sewage and mold, and there are visible cracks in the walls and ceilings, which can be quite off-putting. With some much-needed maintenance and modernisation, this place could be truly excellent.
