La ubicación

Que tenía dos desperfectos, la ducha y el AC, informé al personal e intentaron solucionarlo pero hacerlo implicaba que tengan que trabajar en el piso y nosotros no podamos descansar. Por lo tanto tuvimos que arreglarnos sin AC.

Mi estancia en este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante debido a una serie de problemas de limpieza y gestión que considero inaceptables: Falta de higiene en el baño: Al llegar, el baño estaba cubierto de polvo. Lo más grave fue encontrar lencería usada de huéspedes anteriores, lo que demuestra una falta total de limpieza y revisión de la estancia. Mobiliario recién pintado sin aviso: Habían pintado la mesa de la habitación y no nos advirtieron de ello. Al usarla, arruinamos nuestra ropa con manchas de pintura. Gestión de la lavandería: Aunque se ofrecieron a lavar la ropa dañada, la entrega fue lamentable. Nos devolvieron las prendas hechas un higo, sin planchar y dentro de una bolsa de basura. Un detalle que muestra muy poca profesionalidad. Equipamiento deficiente: Las toallas de ducha eran extremadamente pequeñas y de una calidad muy baja, apenas cumplían su función.
