As a family traveling with a baby, our most important expectation was having a safe and suitable sleeping space for our child. Unfortunately, despite receiving confirmation before arrival, the hotel was unable to provide a baby crib during the first night of our 4-night stay. On the second night, a playpen was provided, but it arrived without a proper mattress, making it unsuitable for comfortable sleep. There was also a similar issue regarding a high chair. Before our stay, we were informed that one would be available, but on the third day we were told that the property did not have a high chair after all. While we understand that misunderstandings can happen, this was disappointing as we had relied on the information provided when planning our stay with a baby. The staff genuinely tried their best to help and were always polite and supportive, which we appreciated. The hotel also offered compensation for the inconvenience. However, considering that we were traveling with a baby and that these issues affected a significant part of our stay, we felt the compensation did not fully reflect the impact on our experience. My husband ended up sleeping in the living room for two nights so our baby could sleep safely. The apartment itself was well-equipped, comfortable, and the furnishings were practical and in good condition. The nearby bus stop was also convenient. However, based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to families traveling with babies or young children unless they can guarantee appropriate baby equipment and sleeping arrangements in advance.

Hermoso departamento en 2 plantas. Con dos baños. Muy buena ubicación. Y buenas comodidades. Y una vista preciosa.

Que al lado están construyendo un edificio y ya temprano ruidos de obra.

Oda fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha küçüktü, binaya girişte ağır bir rutubet kokusu geliyordu, temizlik yapılmıştı ancak yatak ve banyo yeterince temizlenmemişti, binaya giriş gece tenha bir izlenim veriyor. Yan tarafta devam eden inşaat sebebiyle sabah çok erken uyanıyorsunuz çünkü hemen bitişik bir evde tadilat yapılıyor

Abbiamo prenotato per 8 persone. I letti erano per 6, sforniti di lenzuola e cuscini a sufficienza. Condizione igieniche mai viste, pessime. Struttura non adeguata agli standard di Booking a prezzo alto inoltre. Ho provato a contattarli ma sono praticamente fantasmi. È possibile parlare sono con chat AI oppure con un call center che mi ha 8/10 buttato la chiamata per evitare la contestazione. Mai più nella vita, pessima esperienza. Mi dispiace solo per il ragazzo che dopo due giorni ci ha portato quanto richiesto dopo ore ed ore di telefonate ma ormai il danno era bello che fatto, in più la struttura non è adeguata alla capienza offerta di 8 persone: suddivisa ulteriormente in 4 (loft1) e 4 (loft2). Ne entrano 3 e 3 a malapena

Céntrico, se puede llegar caminando a todos lados. Cómodo, muy espacioso. Nos entregaron muchas toallas. Tiene aire acondicionado en ambos ambientes, una televisión muy grande, tiene muchos canales. Buen baño, tiene secador de pelo. Personal preocupado.

La puerta de la entrada principal no funcionaba. Solo eso.
