Es céntrico. Fácil acceso. Todo lo necesario para pasar unos días por Sevilla a un precio económico, aún siendo 2 personas, sale más rentable que cualquier hotel. Todo lo del apartamento parece nuevo y está bien aprovechado. Los Split de aire acondicionado calientan bastante toda la casa y hay 1 por cada habitación salvo en el baño. Puedes cocinar y lavar la ropa (tiene lavadora) y si cogen el apartamento que da a la calle, está dando el sol casi durante todo el día de lleno. El acceso con llave virtual se vuelve cómodo, no tienes que estar pendiente de olvidarte las llaves. En general nos pareció perfecto.

Algo independiente de lo que es el apartamento, es una zona que de noche puedes ver gente "rara" cerca del apartamento, pero nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema con nadie.

Fantastic comfortable apartment, well-connected location, well-equipped kitchen (stainless steel pans, wooden chopping board etc.) and a huge TV. Felt like home away from home

Some loud renovations happening next door for 2 or 3 hours a day

Good location and size of accommodation. Wash machine and dishwasher was great to have. When heater broke down host offered an alternative accommodation, but quite far away. We had to decline so they compensated us in a different way. 👍
