Logement très froid et humide, pas de chauffage. Dû demander une troisième couverture pour pouvoir dormir. Très mal insonorisé, on entend les personnes du dessus tousser, parler, actionner les interrupteurs, sèche cheveux. Logement avec vue jardin, normalement mais plutôt sur passage et poubelles.
