Aparcamiento gratis y fácil. Llegada accesible, muy cómodo para dos personas, espacio suficiente con terraza. Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios y complementos para cocinar y la ducha: ollas, paellas, secador de pelo, champo, etc

Queda un poco aislado del centro de la ciudad, pero es ideal para aparcar. Es una zona tranquila sin actividad ni vida nocturna ni diaria.
