The lack of communication

The apartment was spacious with a lovely view. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower was very good. Excellent peaceful location

The apartment needs to be refurbished, it felt old fashioned and tired. The beds were uncomfortable and the double bed was small. The bathroom tiles need to be regrouted especially in the shower area.

Having to pick the keys up from a hotel located in the opposite side of the town was ridiculous. Should have a key safe. No Sun loungers to use around the pool.

The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The location of the property is excellent! Close to Burriana and a short flat walk into town and the Balcon.

No hairdryer and keys to apartment were a little awkward initially. The trick was to pull the door towards you when you open the bottom lock.

Great location, nice pool, large apartment, reasonably equipped, two bathrooms, English channels on TV. Nice communal areas including great roof solarium.

Damp and mould in one of the bedrooms, inefficient heating, lack of terrace for apartment, lack of bed quilts, cheap towels, furniture and kitchen equipment, no hairdryer. Noisy at times- street bin collection at 2am.

The apartment was large and comfy. The air conditioning worked well. Even though a festival was taking place nearby it was still relatively quiet. It was clean and the location was good a few minutes walk to town and a few minutes walk to the beach. There was a snack bar at the corner did good food. Felt safe in this area - Nerja as a whole is safe and lovely - lots of beaches, hikes and over 400 restaurants and bars. Really lovely place.

The property itself was a good standard, a little worn. It's in a lovely location but only a marginal view of the sea. No hairdryer and for someone with long hair that was a problem. The keys are held at another hotel and so we had to ask the taxi to pick up the keys on our way. There were no instructions or indication of what each key was for and so we had a lot of fumbling in the dark. The hosts Menyber pushed for us to book a taxi which we did through them and we were dropped off in the wrong place which led to a strenuous walk and my partner then suffered a strain which affected all of the holiday. It was a festival time and when I rang Menyber for help about A & E, they said on Friday they were on holiday until Monday and offered no help whatsoever. A little reassurance would have been appreciated. We did end up in A & E. Would never book a property with Menyber again.

Location excellent

Having to run across town with luggage to collect and return keys. Our transport (also booked with booking.com) was drop off and pick up at property. Also property had no hairdryer and we had to purchase one

The apartment was very spacious with lovely pool area. Easy level walk into town.
