Esta bien situado justo en el centro cerca de paradas, taxi, autobuses

Mal cuidado. Las puertas bufadas de la humedad, la mampara del baño no se abre bien. En una habitación han cerrado el balcón para hacerla mas grande y si llueve se escucha mucho las gotas q caen del techo, pk esta cerrado con una plancha de aluminio. Esta mal aislado, mucho ruido en esa habitación
