Cozy Apartment in House-Palace with Private Patio

The location is perfect, it’s a quiet area

It looked better in the advert than in reality, the AC was poor ish could get tv to work.

A staff member met us on arrival to hand over the keys and give us a tour and all of the information we needed about the apartment. Sofia was very responsive on WhatsApp and it was easy to communicate with her and to meet her upon arrival! This is the perfect apartment if you are staying for a few days and want somewhere you can cook and relax as well as be in a great location of the city! We were surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars and in walking distance to all of the tourist attractions! We had a private patio and the building was beautiful!

The TV didn't work and sometimes the apartment had a stale smell as it didn't ventilate very well. Not a defining factor though! We still loved it!

Fantastic location right in centre of Seville and yet so quiet once in the apartment.

The location of the property is good

The apartment reminds me of an underground basement, smelling musty like a damp old persons home. Every time you walk back into the apartment you get hit with a wall of stench. We tried airing out the appartments for 3 days to no avail. (Windows had fly screens so the bugs must have come from inside somewhere) air conditioning is horrible too and did not work at all, could feel no airflow at all. We also had to find spare bedsheets in the cupboard to change them because the bedsheets at arrival were dirty and we found some dead ants… Service was also horrible. We were told to message 20 minutes before we arrive and we would be met there. We messaged beforehand and we were still waiting outside for over 30 minutes in the heat. We called at least a dozen times and no one answered while we were waiting. The keys to the apartment don’t work on the outside gate either. You have to put your hand through the gate and unlock it from the inside lock because the locks are old and the keys are horrible.

We arrived early and were able to contact our host, Ana, who arranged for their housecleaner to meet us on site in fifteen minutes and let us in / give us the keys; much appreciated! Ana sent us a list of restaurant recommendations as well. We LOVED our apartment!! We had a separate living room / bedroom and a private outdoor patio that we used every morning and every evening. The location was central and we could walk everywhere. Beautiful building!

There was nothing that we didn't like.

the apartment is very clean and has everything needed for a short or long stay!

The only slight problem is that there is no outside space but not a problem because the street is easy to access right out the front door!

The location was amazing, walking distance to all shops, bars, restaurants. The apartment was beautiful, well maintained and had everything you needed for a great stay. The host was brilliant and helped in anyway possible, i would recommend to anyone and would 100% come back to stay in the future.
