8A MTR - Marbella Temporary Rent Two Bedrooms Apartment Av del Mar

Location is perfect within Marbella, right next to many lovely restaurants, the best beach and close proximity to the old town. The apartment is very spacious for a two bed, has a sea view, free allocated parking and with a pool on the roof. What more do you need?

The Apt was in the perfect spot just on the prom. Lots of Reasturants below us with amazing food. It had 2 very spacious Ed rooms, 2 bathroom and all facilities you would need to cook if needed. Beautiful views from both balconies. There is a roof top pool and 2 jazzuci s! The views from here are spectacular! It is 6 mins walk from orange square which is so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Needed hooks and hand towel hooks and night stands on each side by large bed. Needs repainting

The great communication from the host both from booking and pre arrival. The Apartment is in a great location and all the amenities that you could wish for. Beach, Restaurants, shops and the old town are all only a 5 minute walk away. We would definitely consider going back. 10/10

There is a great pool and Jacuzzi on the roof but you cannot use it at weekends. Although very clean the bathrooms need a bit of attention around the edges of the shower and bath where the Silicon has gone mouldy and black. One suggestion is if you wanted to sit on the roof by the pool there are not any deckchairs available to use both on the roof and in the apartment. This wouldn't stop us from booking again.

The apartment (including beds and towels) was clean. The view from the balcony was nice and the space for a bigger group was more then enough. The host is very friendly and helpful 👌.

Unfortunately the furniture and bathroom were very used and requires replacement and repair / modernization.

The location was great. Near a lot of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, Venus beach and the old town. Plenty of cleaning materials, coffee machine. Coffee pods for machine, sugar, water on arrival also some toiletries. The apartment was clean. Showers worked well and water pressure good. The beds themselves were comfortable overall - see below.

Apart 4A - Sept 5 to 16. The air conditioning was poor (temp outside up to 28 degrees/20 degrees night) - had to have manual fans on nearby whether in the living room or at night trying to sleep. The main balcony never saw sunshine, no beachfront - it was at the back of the apartment block facing away from the beach. The smaller balcony saw 10 minutes of sunshine towards the end of the day. No information sheet and very little information given. No satellite channels. Some of the apartment pictures on the booking.com web page seem to differ somewhat from our actual apartment. Our living room was a complete set of glass windows on the outside (part of the blue glass element of the building), set at the back corner of the apartment block while the pictures here show only a living room of concrete walls with the double glass doors onto the main balcony. The renovations taking place in the apartments overhead for the duration of the stay (all weekdays and including the apartment immediately overhead, causing a lot of noise) - the host had no idea these were going on. No cleaning over the duration of our 11 night stay. No separate storage room for luggage on early arrival/late departure.

Location was the best. You could walk everywhere and all of the main streets were right there. I would not think twice about staying here.
