Lo bueno que tiene parking, aunque el acceso es un poco complicado ya q es bastante estrecho .Y la ubicación también es buena

El apartamento necesita mejoras ya que hay cosas que están bastante deterioradas .Pero bueno si lo usas solo para dormir en plan turismo no está mal .

La surface du logement est agréable. A quelques mètres de L'alameda de Hércules De nombreuses terrasses agréables pour prendre un verre où manger . Une supérette à 30 mètres. Très facile à pied poie rejoindre le centre-ville en 15 mn

Plus de sèche cheveux ni de grille pain juste les cartons d emballages La hotte de cuisine est hors service Les chambres donnent sur un patio avec éclairage de la cage d escaliers ou du logement du RDC . Un peu gênant malgré les rideaux Climatisation bruillante dans le patio et la ventilation dans l appartement également. Quelques détails mais gênant que cela ne fout pas mieux pris en compte

Great location and close to all ammenities.

Communication with owner was difficult and did not respond to issues with air conditioning. I ended up working out how to use the central panel myself after googling the model. Mattress seemed basic and not very comfortable for a travelling sleeper. If you have a vehicle it’s a nightmare to navigate and no where to stop and unload in the streets before trying to find parking. Area can also be noisy at times during the night.
