Apartment could be better equipped.

Lovely, stylish apartment with comfy beds and great aircon in a quiet yet central, picturesque location. The rooftop terrace is wonderful and has fantastic views across the harbour and Mogan streets. Our 3rd time staying at one of Gran Canaria stays properties and we will be back again. Pablo is very helpful and the housekeeping team are very thorough.

We'd of liked fluffier towels but did appreciate the weekly change of them, plus the provision of 'beach' towels too.

Location and rooftop terrace. Plenty of storage for clothes.

Safe was broken. Shower broken. Bedroom handle fell off. Stained pillow (old blood?) Lack of towels. Broken plugs in sinks. Lack of power points. Only one set of keys- we paid to get another set cut. All in all the apartment looks a bit “tired”. Very disappointing.

The location is brilliant. View of the beautiful boats and the sea . Close to lovely restaurants and in the heart of the resort. The staff from the letting company were very helpful, we had a slight issue in the property and within a couple of days they had sent someone to attend to it. The property was spacious and the air con was a welcome addition .

The apartment needs a refresh. The place would also benefit from a deep clean, new bedding ( which was very worn), a decent mattress. The roof terrace had old suitcases left up there and we couldn’t use it at night as there was no working lights and the artificial grass was very uneven meaning it was easy to trip over . There all seem very easy fixes which then would have made the whole experience much better.

The location was perfect. The apartment very comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the roof terrace

The location is fabulous- beautiful views & central to everything. Our agent Pablo was extremely helpful & was always available when contacted. The apartment was very comfortable & had brilliant A.C. & a gorgeous roof-terrace . We would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Love Puerto de Mogan ,,,,a great area ,lovely views from roof patio ,,great with ,,barbeque ,plenty of space ,,Pablo is easy to talk with and helpful

Furniture needs renewing ,both in apt and up on roof ,,,we had univited guests 🪳 a bit more than we would have liked

I loved the location and the roof top terrace was excellent spent a lot of time there..

I think the room with pull out beds needs a more comfortable option.
