"Great place in central Bilbao"

The location near the city centre, and the size of the apartment are great. Nice building with a good renovation. Generally clean

The bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped, leading to back ache for both my partner and me. For this reason we also tried sleeping on the sofa bed, and would wake up in the middle of the night to switch sides. Besides that we noticed that the floor was relatively dusty, but this was only a minor issues

"Great place for a short stay in Bibao. Easy walking to everything. Great local bars."

The location was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. Being on the first floor was also wonderful. It was quiet as well. Laundry setup was easy too. Shower was AMAZING

No place to put shampoo etc in shower. No laundry detergent. No usb ports for charging. No spatula for making eggs in the morning. No espresso maker. No shelves in bathroom for toiletries.

"Good facilities in a central location within walking distance to attractions, bars, and restaurants"

Good facilities, lovely bathroom and shower, well stocked with pots, pans, knives etc to make own food. The accomodation was within walking distance to the Guggenheim, the old town and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants

We did not know until the day before that we had to collect the keys to the apartment from a letting agency office. We struggled trying to find the office and had to ring them up. Thankfully through the help of Whatsapp we were able to meet the agent and he handed over the keys

"Great apartment and great location"

The location of the property was great, right in between the old district and the Guggenheim Museum, next to the Zubi Zuri bridge. The place was spacious, ideal for 3-4 people. The kitchen had many appliances and it was very clean/new.

Everything was great. If I could say something is that you need to pick up the keys somewhere else, in this case 10 minutes away from the apartment, but very close as well.

"It is a very good apartment, close to everything. We could walk everywhere."

The location, the apartment, how easy it was to collect keys, and the recommendations.

The lack of basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent. Also, the bathroom supplies were minimal.
