"A comfortable apartment that truly felt like home in Granada."

The apartment is located in a very central area of Granada, making it perfect for reaching all the main attractions on foot. The location was excellent, and the parking option was fantastic and very convenient for those traveling by car. The staff was kind and always available — they assisted me throughout the entire check-in process and patiently answered all my questions.

Unfortunately, the only downside was a strong sewage smell coming probably from the bathroom, which could sometimes be noticed throughout the apartment. I’m sorry to mention it, but it was quite noticeable during the stay.

La atención de Carlos y el personal. Ubicación, limpieza. Día antes de la llegada Carlos nos dijo que le habían anunciado unas obras en el apartamento que teníamos reservado, así que nos cambió a uno mejor al lado de la catedral, sin ningún cargo adicional. Muy recomendable.

La casa é in un punto centrale. Pulita e confortevole.. Carlos é stato molto presente e disponibile in tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio privato vicino alla casa. Lo consiglio!

"Apartamento espectacular con muy buena atención, con un pero"

La atención de los gestores es muy buena. Nos informaron de que había obras en el piso de arriba donde nos íbamos a quedar y nos ofrecieron cambiar a un apartamento precioso, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Granada.

El no saber si pepa home pertenece a una cadena de apartamentos turísticos que podría estar perjudicando los intereses de los granadinos. Las instalaciones son impresionantes y la atención inmejorable, pero nos preocupa la proliferación masiva de pisos turísticos en zonas tan céntricas como el piso donde nos reubicaron.
