Arena's Apartament

Very good location 5 minutes from the beach of Valencia. The apartment is spacious and bright. It has everything you need. There is parking right next to the apartment.

We booked the apartment with my family for a wedding in Valencia. Perfect location as it was near the church and the hotel where the reception took place. Large airy rooms, good air conditioning, good WiFi, free parking, helpful staff, a stone's throw from the beach too. Couldn't ask for more!

A few more utensils like cutlery and bowls would be useful. A little basic in the kitchen. Toaster not working.

This is a beautiful apartment with enough room to sleep 6 people comfortably. Good WiFi. Quiet street, about one block from the beach. A large (free) parking lot is right next door. There is a washing machine and clothesline, and the rooms are large. We communicated with the landlord via WhatsApp, and he sent someone to meet us at the apartment.

Unfortunately, the place was not clean, there was dust and animal hair everywhere. We had to vacuum immediately, and even then never felt like it was exactly clean.

It is missing a couple of basic things; could be a bit more friendly, even a very small welcome treat, or water??

The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for a family of five. Angela was there cleaning and gave us the keys, she was very welcoming and friendly. The location was great. Near the beach and Marina. Plenty of free parking. Parked outside the front door. Close to the bus stop for the city tour bus as well. A few shops and bars nesrby. I highly recommend this apartment.

The bus service in the town was difficult to work out and google. We ended using taxi's to get home.
