It is in a great location. The instructions were easy. Very nice facility with everything that is needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

We didn't like the extra charges. I think that you should advertise a price and then there shouldn't be any extras. We are on a school trip and we budgeted for a certain price and then there were extras that were added. We should know ALL of the costs up front.

It’s location, rooms and kitchen

Bathrooms were too small (and not 5 as advertised but 4); furniture getting a bit tired. Overall look was different from pictures.

This place was perfect for our recent trip. We were a large group and having the huge communal areas were great - the coffee maker was a big hit in the mornings too! The location was beautiful and all the activities we had planned were within walking distance, even the little restaurants in the square opposite had vegan breakfast. Highly recommend if you're a big group! The online check in process was also great - easy to share the link with everyone else int he group for them to add their passport details.

I found the way the payments are listed on here to be confusing - we had to pay extra when we arrived. I also paid a deposit but had that back easily.

location was good

the unit was smoky. if you have allergies this is not the place for you. It smells like smoke very much so and there must be smoking units in the building as it would get very smoky at times even with the windows shut. also, the hot water did not work in one of the bathrooms and we never got a response from the message we sent to report it to have it looked at.

One day after the checkout, they sent my a photo of a broken sofa, claiming it was us and that they won't give back the caution fee. I am absolutely sure it wasn't us. It is a scheme to keep the caution fee.
