A nice apartment with a friendly welcome.

Would have been nice for the host to go a bit further with the little things e.g. providing coffee pods for the machine, some milk, hair conditioner etc.

The location was excellent and bright apartment.

I encountered some challenges with the pre-check-in process and communication in general regarding the check-in instructions, which made the experience a bit difficult. In terms of hospitality, I had higher expectations that were not fully met. For instance, I believe that even a property of excellent caliber should provide at least one water bottle in the fridge along with coffee/tea and some sugar. These basic amenities are the bare minimum I would anticipate from a good property. Furthermore, I noticed the presence of ants in the bathroom, and to my surprise, even a cockroach at the entrance. These occurrences raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and comfort of the building, prompting me to deduct points in those areas. To improve the guest experience, I would suggest enhancing the pre-check-in process by ensuring clear and concise communication. Additionally, it is crucial to prioritize the provision of essential amenities and maintain a high level of cleanliness to meet the expectations of guests.
