Great central location. Very cozy apartment. A toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave, 2 induction stoves, an electric kettle.

Lift was not working for a whole day, so you might have to walk up to your floor. Apartment installations a bit old, with parts of appliances and furniture falling apart. Bathtub faucet is leaking. Bathtub itself is in the bathroom for decorative purposes only since hot water only available for 5 min. Do not expect hot water for longer than 5 min when wanting to shower or take a bath.

The flat is well located, clean, renovated with taste and has a good mattress

Appt nr 603 is located on a narrow pedestrian street. 6th fl, No balcony, no view. Taxis will leave you 150 m away, on arrival you have to climb8 steps to get to the elevator. The entrance, stairs and some landings are unkempt. The bldg has problems with its electrical systems, the elevators have been stopped since yesterday.The stove did not work well. Customer service was unhelpful and rather rude. I should some refund

The location was great, right in the center. Easy access to restaurants, shops etc… Beautifully decorated apartment, a lot of daylight comes through the windows.

We stayed for a week and the only thing we would change is to have another set of clean towels to use. For an entire week just one set is not enough unfortunately.

Location is good. Bed is comfortable. Considering that we didn’t want to spend much time indoor, it’s a good value for money place for just sleeping.

The room was a bit humid. The ventilation can be better.

Renovated and well equiped appartment. Great location in the center of Santa Cruz.

Impractical layout and absence of ventilation in the bathroom. Missing dryer and hanger for wet towels / clothes.
