"I would stay again in this complex"

Central to everything, apartment was spacious and the cooking facilities were great. Staff were also helpful with quick replies

Balcony isn’t actually a balcony just a window that opens fully :) bed wasn’t comfortable caused shoulder discomfort

"BAD TENERIFE APARTMENT"

Good location for the beach.

All of the windows in the apartment are broken and stuck in the open position. The area is noisy in the evening. Due to the windows being broken, you can hear all the noise from outside on the street and in the bars, plus all the internal noise along the corridors when people arrive home between 2am - 6am in the morning. No compensation offered for broken windows causing no sleep. The apartment has no WiFi as advertised. No compensation offered for having no WiFi.

"Was there for a month and would not recommend to seniors unless repairs were undertaken"

Convenient to all areas.

Repair to sliding windows on balcony not undertaken and very hard to open.Bathroom window had to be opened from outside the studio.Did not open Kitchen window as afraid it would fall apart as it wasn’t repaired prior to our arrival.Floors were not washed prior to arrival as our white socks were dirty when changing.
