"Nice apartment with a few faults"

Location. Nice n quiet. Handy for town centre. Shopping. Powerful shower.

Dampness in bedroom wall. Made clothes smell. 2 plug sockets with dampness/water around them. No cord/chain to open roller blind in living room making it dull. Water cistern in toilet runs constantly. No chopping board or tin opener. Bedroom door missing catch which means it could not close right over.

"A good choice for a short stay in Torremolinos."

Great location, good wifi, big tv in lounge, good sized fridge/freezer, great shower & bathroom.

As others have mentioned, storage space is limited. Kitchen equipment could be improved - only one wine glass, no egg cups and some chipped plates.

The place is amazing, spacious, bright, everything you need is in the apartment.

The apartment perfect for 2 person, for 4 would be good to fixt the corner sofa in the living room.

"Exceptional"

The location was brilliant , right in the heart of everything, beach shops cafe and even police station near by😊 the place was tuck away and at night was so quiet. Clean and big enough for what you need. Highly recommended.

"Disappointing"

That we could take our pets. Unit was very clean and modern.

Construction/paving just outside the unit. Very noisy and not possible to sleep after 08h00. Euro 200 deposit reserved to cover damages. The sign-in form is in Spanish and stipulates that if you dont remove your rubbish you will be charged Euro 30 and if you forget the key inside the unit by mistake you will be charged Euro 200. I never read these forms, my wife by change read it. BE CAREFULL WHEN BOOKING THIS APARTMENT YOU MIGHT GET A FINE! Six working weeks. still no refund. The response from the owner when asking about my refund (today is the 4th July) six working weeks after we stayed there is "it takes two working weeks". Basically he refuses to refund me!

Ideally located close to shops and restaurants (when open). The beach is a short distance away. The apartment is high quality and has everything needed for a self catering break, plus a washing machine.

Nothing I didn't like apart from a little bit of extra cleaning in the bathroom wouldn't hurt.
