"The host is unreasonable"

The host cancelled my booking on the day of arrival. This was due to him claiming that he had not received the security deposit which I had sent the day before. I I sent him proof that the money had left my account but he still cancelled. I also offered to pay cash on arrival. Booking.com have since told me that demanding a security deposit ahead of arrival is against their policy. The host is very unreasonable. In response to your reply. There was no data breach. I was dealing with cova safaja directly through the booking.com website when I asked you to please not cancel my booking and sending you proof the deposit had been paid . You owe me an apology for cancelling my stay for no good reason and I hope at least one person reads this review and decides to stay somewhere else.

El cariño con el que está decorado. Muy acogedor.. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona,excelente.Ideal parejas.

Es un alojamiento ideal para un fin de semana en pareja y desconectar del día a día, la decoración es excepcional, con muy buen gusto y con muchos detalles, la cocina muy bien equipada, no falta de nada y hay algo muy difícil de encontrar en este tipo de alojamientos... LOS CUCHILLOS ESTÁN AFILADOS!!

Es difícil decir algo que no me gustará, pero si hay que decir algo diría que la escalera de caracol que comunica las dos plantas del alojamiento es un poco peligrosa si eres sonámbulo jajajaja.

La verdad es un todo, oír los pájaros por la mañanas,ver las estrellas desde la terraza de arriba,el amanecer. Hasta el sonido de los niños jugando de la casa de colonias que hay al lado,daba vida .

No había nada que nos desagradara,todo agradable,la estancia,el ambiente,la decoración nos encanto muy de acordé a nuestro gusto,utensilios de menage completó.Un 10
