De locatie is heel centraal. Mooie leefruimte. Vensterdeuren geven ruimtelijk gevoel. Stoel op terrasje is mogelijk en zeer aangenaam

Ingang moeilijk te vinden. Tweede kamer niet volledig afsluitbaar. Minder een probleem voor oudere kinderen. Jonge kinderen liggen niet rustig. Beperkte privacy.
