Property Notes

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be picked up by the guest at our office On the day of check-out, no trash should be left at the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"What a fantastic sun terrace to spend the days relaxing"

This apartment is all about the beach front large terrace. No need to buy expensive breakfasts and lunches there is not a restaurant or bar in port de pollensa with a better location for sun bathing sundowners and people watching .

All the apartment could do with an upgrading and modernisation old fashioned furniture ,more modern kitchen and 1 bathroom needs a total upgrade .

"Location excellent,but several disappointments"

Location, excellent, but we knew it would be, as we're familiar with the resort . Clean throughout, beds comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Spacious property but rather dated .

Lack of some basics; toilet roll and soap .. one tiny welcome pack ! We are used to much better in self catering costing almost £1000.00 for 5 nights ! No out door bin for the property,had to take out own refuse sacks down the streets and use municipal bins. Most towels were poor quality and old . Some soft furnishings stained and Marked. Only one outdoor soft seating, no sun beds . Frustrating,the on line check in form was very old fashioned and tedious to complete, for 5 guests took 3 attempts, 90 minutes to complete?

La vue de la terrasse est superbe. La rue en dessous est calme (en avril), l'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Ville familiale (plage calme, jeux pour enfants sur la plage)

La climatisation de la chambre principale qui fait du bruit ... même éteinte !! Ca gâche tout ! Il manque des rideaux occultants.

The Location was AMAZING. We’ve booked again for next year .

The apartment definitely needs a little update in decor especially the bathroom . Really hoping this will be different when we return next year !

"The beachfront terrace was the highlight"

The property was in an excellent location with a beautiful terrace view of the sea.

The property was adequate but a bit dated. Could do with refurbishing. A wall hung shower would be more convenient over the bath and the frame around the bed was a bit of a hazard. The beds were comfy but a little too low.
