Location: The property's location is highly convenient. It's situated approximately 2-3 kilometers away from the main areas of interest, and a taxi ride costs about 10 euros to reach any destination, or you can take the Bus (8/24) for a mere ~2 euros. Despite being a bit further from the city center, it's nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a 24-hour shop and dining options available until around 3 am. This makes it an ideal choice for families and travelers who prefer a serene environment without disturbances. Facilities: The property boasts two toilets, making it more than sufficient for accommodating two families comfortably. I'm confident that they've thought of everything, as we even discovered two coffee machines available for use. Additionally, a washing machine, ironing board, and iron are all provided for your convenience. Comfort: The beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The tranquility of the location means there is minimal outside noise, contributing to a peaceful stay. Extra: We experienced a late check-in and late check-out, and the property went above and beyond to accommodate us, making our stay truly exceptional. I can't express my gratitude enough for their efforts in ensuring a wonderful experience. Overall: The property offers four rooms with double beds, with three of them equipped with air conditioning and one with a fan. After two weeks of searching for a place to stay, I couldn't find a better alternative at this price point. When considering the cost of transportation (20 euros each way for four days, totaling 80 euros), it still doesn't come close to outweighing the value and comfort offered. I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future.

The photos on Booking.com fail to capture the true essence of the property. In our survey, 50% of participants simply overlooked it. These images give the impression that the apartment is older than it actually is, but in reality, it boasts a much more contemporary design. Moreover, the property pleasantly surprised us with its spaciousness, surpassing our initial expectations.
