Great neighbourhood and very close to the beach. Good supermarket close by. Easy walk along the front into town. Washing machine was a plus. Plenty of towels and great shower.

They don't accept any extension of check out time. you have to leave the property by 11:OO AM Sharp. There is Locker room facility nearby to keep your luggage in case you want to keep your luggage after check out.

If it is only for two people, it is expensive. But it is having all facilities for cooking.

Convenient and comfortable. Nice walk to amenities and restaurants.

The location of the property and conditions were optimal for the purpose of the trip. All the guidance from the manager was accurate, and everything went well. The property has plenty of useful places around (bakeries, bars, supermarkets, etc), and it is within walking distance from the beach.

The apartment is big enough for a family. The beach is quite close although the centre of San Sebastián is a bit further away. We didn’t use the bikes but it was a good idea. The road is reasonably quiet, given that you’re in town.

The apartment is on the ground floor beside the main entrance where the door is quite heavy. If you are a light sleeper you are kept awake by people coming home at night and people going out in the morning. Otherwise it was fine. The area is nice and the beach is close.

Our host Jose was great. Before arrival we were well informed, and he answered all our questions with no hesitation. We were happy with our choice but there is a lot of things that could make this place much better/perfect. The area is a little bit outside the city, but transport by bus is easy – we used our transport card from Bilbao witch also works in San Sebastian. Lots of places to shop and eat around the apartment. Parking was very handy for us and no problem with the small walking distance.

We choose to stay in an apartment because we like to relax at home in the evening after being out all day and we need a common room to relax in. The bedrooms and kitchen were no problem. Be aware there is no dishwasher even though it is a big kitchen. The problem was the living room – this space is not comfortable at all. The couch is very uncomfortable and so are the chairs and the small table. The TV has blue spots on the screen in the corners. This made it problematic to use as a family where everybody could sit comfortably.
