Hacienda Riqueleme Golf Resort

Las instalaciones muy limpias, en apartamento bien equipado, todo muy funcional.

1- la ubicación no concordaba con lo que en Booking anunciaba, estaba demasiado lejos del centro de Murcia, si no tiene vehículos estás totalmente aislado, constantemente había un olor al drenaje demasiado fuerte, el apartamento era demasiado frío o tal vez la época. Para el que le gusta jugar golf está bien porque se aísla pero para personas como nosotros que íbamos a conocer Murcia demasiado lejos incomunicados.

Las piscinas

Tienes que coger el coche para todo,esta muy apartado

1. Very dirty moldy shower and bathroom faucet,shower head and shower head holder, 2.Very unsafe broken ceramic steps onto patio 3. No curtains on patio door in livingroom. (could not watch TV during daytime)4. Very old appliances. The dishwasher kept leaking).5. WiFi kept breaking down.6. Okayish Internet protocol TV I.e some channels broke down and frozen.6. Rude and aggressive owner. Would never stay again ourselves. Would not recommend to anyone to stay.

Great location directly overlooking the golf course. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all enquiries. Recommended.

Apartment had 4 single beds. Enjoyed large balcony. Nice to have access to pool but sadly no communal pool furniture was available. Apartment was clean and comfortable

Loud ceiling fans on the bedroom made sleeping difficult. Very difficult to find the apartment as we arrived at night. Also was told keysafe was on door, but there was 6 key safes on the door so had to try all to find the key. Maybe it would help if you tell people which keysafe you use.

The apartment is lovely - plenty of room. Very clean with all the basics. Great value for money.

It's a little far away from the centre (which we didn't realise when booking) but can get across golf course in the evening.
