The view

I booked this apartment solely because it had 2 bedrooms plus 2 lounges one being private for our Granddaughter. There was no private lounge at all, forcing her to sleep with no privacy in the main lounge. She was not a happy bunny especially when she discovered she had no bedding or linen either. My booking was winter but there was insufficient bedding and no heating for this time of year. We were really cold . When I complained to the agent all our concerns she was extremely rude and did not believe there was insufficient linen and blankets and accused us of wanting more for extra people to stay. I bought duvets after the second night. The fridge was not working , this was reported 3 times. We eventually put our food in the wash room which was quiet cold. The shower head was broke, making it impossible to shower. Insufficient and dirty kitchen utensils . Poor quality and old bedding. One hand mirror for the whole place. Customer care was shocking . We were treated like drunks on a stag weekend instead of a family and Grandparents

location was excellent

the property was a little tired, it is in need of refurbishment, fridge didn't get cold and the kettle had a hole in it. if we had stayed longer than 5 nights the self catering facilities wouldn't of been good enough.

Fantastic beach front views and excellent location. Apartment block secure and regularly cleaned.

Some minor issues with property such as shower head needed replacing and one of the balcony doors did not open however overall reasonably maintained and clean good value for money.

The location

The apartment was dated window was held on with clothes peg front room, oven fell off when opening at we got charged for which was unfair as it was rusted
