Sunny Apt with terrace coastal area South Arona

Nice and spaceous apartment, and terace even better. All you need you have in apartment, well equiped kitchen. Parking place close to apartment it's mainly available, at least in April when it's not that crowded.

Vistas a la piscina. Cama cómoda.

Mucha claridad y no se podía dormir bien, sábanas y toallas desgastadas. Pocos utensilios de cocina.

L'appartamento era accogliente e ideale per 2 persone, non mancava nulla c'era l'indispensabile, il terrazzino che si affacciava sulla piscina un vero gioiellino, la piscina era grande pulita e tenuta veramente in ottime condizioni, ideale per un ultimo tuffo dopo una giornata al mare oppure se non si ha voglia di spostarsi dall'appartamento! Il tutto situato in una zona tranquilla, nelle vicinanze ci sono, bar (consiglio il "time out" gestito da una coppia di ragazzi giovani italiani), supermercato e vari ristoranti.

Lo mejor fue la piscina y la terraza del apartamento. Estaba bastante bien equipado y limpio, no le faltaba de nada. Bastante ropa de cama para cambiar y toallas de sobra. La piscina estaba recién reformada, bien cuidada y muy tranquila.. Zonas comunes limpias, todos los días se hacia limpieza.

La zona no me parece segura. El parking del apartamento siempre esta lleno y el mando no funciona bien. Tuvieron q abrirnos unos vecinos pq no podíamos salir un dia.La atención por parte del personal me pareció mala. Nos recibió una señora de la limpieza y la pobre mujer no hablaba ni español ni inglés. No hubo puntualidad a la hora de la entrada después de haber dicho q llegábamos a las 15.00h (q es la hora del chek in). La persona con la q hable por whatssap nunca la vi cara a cara. He reservado muchas veces por booking y siempre ha habido una atención mas personalizada. Ni siquiera sabian quienes estábamos en el apartamento pq no cogieron mis datos.

Everything was good except for the fact that the pool was under construction and it was not highlighted in the advertisement. The host communicated in an excellent way after I brought up the issue, and they provided a fair compensation. I can only recommend the apartment.

The apartment is clean and has almost everything you need for a holiday - the only thing we would add is the kettle. The beds were big and comfortable - enough for two people to sleep on. The apartment has access to a nice big and clean swimming pool - the kids loved it. The host was very friendly too, though we only chatted virtually 😁. He allowed us to change the check out date and refunded it as we had to come home one day earlier than we planned. We could also stay longer on our departure day and we had enough time to enjoy the pool. One more advantage - the apartment is close to the HiperDino supermarket, which is open until 10pm.

Our flight was delayed for 5 hours and we arrived at night. I sent a message to the host about this but the apartment doesn't have 24/7 reception, so we had to wait at the airport until 8 am. There was an option to pay an extra 30 EU and to check in at 7 am, but not earlier. The district is very local and a bit poor - all the fun and nice places are a bit far. There are some really picturesque beaches, but if you want to have an easy swim - it's better to go to Las Americas and the beaches near that area.
