Central location

It is OK for a short stay. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. The room is well equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and basic hygiene essentials, which makes the stay comfortable despite the noise issues.

Poor soundproofing. You can hear everything from outside and from the neighbours. The industrial stairs leading to the rooms are very noisy, and you can hear them day and night whenever someone uses them. Also, bear in mind that you need to pay a €300 deposit for your stay. This should be more clearly stated in the hotel advertisement.

Escaleras acceso a habitación en 3º. Estrechas, escalones altos y cortos; peligrosas. Calor (incapacidad aire ac.). Ruido calle. Agua caliente ducha (no salía).
