Apartamento valencia centro

The landlord only speaks Spanish. We have to call to let them know we have arrived. We had a hard time to understand each other. Waiting at the gate to get the key for entrance was frustrating. The subway elevator at the nearest station was out of function. We have to carry the luggage upstairs leaving the station. We will appreciate if we were informed which subway station is a better choice.

Friendly reception. Comfortable. Very well situated for exploring the city.

Nella struttura mi è piaciuto tutto c era tutto quello che poteva esserci in un appartamento per vivere , c era anche ombrellone per la spiaggia , poi gli asciugamani doppi per cambiarli. La gentilezza dello staff hanno anche risolto in poco tempo un problema causato da noi . Poi la pozione è in centro e supermercato in centro vicino alla struttura . Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ma per dire qualcosa il balcone non si poteva tanto usufruire se aria condizionata è accesa perché si sente molto caldo e poi è un balcone che non si vede nulla perché è chiuso .

La posizione è sicuramente il plus della struttura

Problemi di aerazione, l’aria condizionata (penso condominiale) ad esempio se accesa la sera riversava nella camera da letto il fumo prodotto dalla vicina (che fumava in casa, da lì proveniva il fumo predetto che sentivamo poi nella camera da letto). Abbiamo avuto un problema di formiche in cucina, parzialmente risolto dall’intervento di Gerard e Gabriela.

Good location, next to the metro line to the airport. The buses going to the beach or the city center stop nearby (city center is also accessible on foot). The owner (Gabriela) is very nice and helpful, the apartment looks just like on the pictures, it's very well equipped, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. I can strongly recommend this place, if you visit Valencia.
