Amalur apartment by People Rentals

The apartment was in a good location, very close to Guggenheim and short walk to the central commercial area. The place was clean, great sized rooms, had good facilities.

The building had central heating so it was just hard to adjust the temperature, as turning down the radiators didn’t seem to work. but it was easily solved by opening the windows

Very clean, spacious, brilliant location.

Unfortunately there were road works with drilling and digging during the time of our visit.

No air conditioning and it was quite hot. The second bathroom had some problems

Bathrooms off the kitchen not ideal It was super noisy from the street and from the inside courtyards. All bedrooms windows open to inside yards

Location is brilliant, step outside and go up the street and Guggenheim visible. Caretaker very helpful and minded our bags after check out. Great space, we had 6 people and never felt cramped. Has everything you could need, would recommend

There was no aircon, we stayed in may so not overly hot but I imagine summer months could be tough

douche broken

Very centrally located. It is self check-in anytime after 3 pm. The Guggenheim is literally around the corner and there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Felt very safe. The property was large enough to fit our group of 5. It has two bathrooms, but these were connected to the kitchen (a bit weird layout). There was also a supermarket across the road and a bike rental place close by.

The host did not respond to any questions and there was an online check-in that required passport details and copies of all guests. We changed from a group of 6 to a group of 5, and I still needed to upload details of 6 people, which was a little frustrating after asking them to get this changed 5 times. Beds were really uncomfortable. Bathrooms are attached to the kitchen.

Location in the center of town close to the museums, river and sights. Very clean and comfortable with every conceivable amenity.
