Sauberkeit war okay, aber verbesserungsfähig. Die Wohnung ist ingesamt verwohnt und die Betten ziemlich durchgelegen.

beds were really uncomfortable - mattress was so springy and the pillows were extremely flat, so it wasn’t a comfortable night to sleep

We had a smart tv. The towels were nice. The parking (when it can be reached) was free and very appreciated (something of importance in Granada). First contact with the owner was friendly and he tried to be helpful when we were looking for a way to access the garage, unsuccessfully though. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The apartment is near the center, but there is a trade-off: see below...

The apartment and the garage are not in the same location: I knew it because I looked at previous comments. Although it is a 5 min walk, it is rather a 10 min drive which was converted to us into a 1.5h drive because of the wrong instructions of the owner (apologies are still pending) who is apparently not updated with the ongoing road constructions. Lucky me, I figured it myself. Both the apartment and garage are located in very very narrow streets with 90° angles. But since you have to fetch the garage remote first at the flat, we drove to it: my advice is to park on the main street, fetch the remote by foot while bringing your luggage and then park in the garage. The apartment was not clean: molds in the bathtub, dirty dishes and kitchen utensils, the master bedroom had a smell (smoking?) we therefore slept in the second one which was very small and so was the bed. I am travelling the world and I had worse experiences, however, this one sits near the bottom.
