In the event of lost keys or a lockout due to keys being left inside the apartment, the cost of the locksmith will be €150, to be paid directly by the guest. Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. L’ambiente è accogliente, curato e ti fa sentire subito a casa. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per spostarsi e vicina ai principali punti di interesse. I servizi offerti sono buoni e tutto era in ordine. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente il proprietario: super disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio o eventuale problema, presente e attento ad ogni richiesta. Nel complesso un’esperienza molto positiva. Super consigliato!

L’unico piccolo aspetto negativo riguarda il riscaldamento. Non siamo riusciti a spegnerlo o regolarlo completamente, anche seguendo le indicazioni fornite dal proprietario. Questo ha reso l’ambiente un po’ troppo caldo durante la notte. Per il resto, però, l’esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva.

Ev çok güzel, değişik bir mimarısı var, binanın 1. Katına merdiven ile çıkıyorsunuz. Konumu merkeze 10. Dk mesafede güvenli nezih bir mahalle.

Konaklama yeri ile ilgili memnun olmadım hiçbir şey yok her şey çok güzeldi. Cuma ve cumartesi akşamları mahallede çok ciddi bir gece hayatı vardı hassas olan kişiler için gençlerin sesleri biraz fazla gelebilir

"Négyfős család számára tökéletes!"

Központban van, tisztaság volt. A konyha és a fürdőszoba jól felszerelt. Tévé és az internet is kiválóan működött. Bár az első emeleten található az apartman, egy kiadós séta után se megterhelő lépcsőzni. A szállásadók nagyon segítőkészek és hamar válaszolnak, ha valamire szükség van. Ami számunkra új volt, hogy nem volt személyes találkozó, hanem minden, a lakás bejutásához szükséges információt üzenetben kaptunk meg. Szuper hely, mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

Большая уютная светлая квартира для большой компании 4-6 человек. (Одна большая кровать и два дивана) В самом центре города. Рядом супермаркет. Хорошая кухня и Много удобной посуды. Достаточно тихо вокруг.

Есть маленькие нюансы типо - смазать петли двери в спальню или починить замок в ванную комнату.

Ubicación,amabilidad en las comunicaciones con propietarios y amplitud de las instalaciones.

1.- Que no hubiese ningún producto para ducha ( gel/champú). 2.-Que pese a comunicar que nos íbamos a las 9 am ( antes de la hora límite ) llegasen a dejar materiales a las 8:30h el personal de limpieza./mantenimiento.
