Ocean View Arenas Negras, Newly Renovated

We really loved staying in this apartment and the ocean view was fantastic!

Nice and stylish apartment with a beautiful view from balcony. Apartment and Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Good location with many stores and restaurants. It was great sleep listening the ocean waves.

Great location. Modern apartment with everything you could need for self catering, and great comms from the host.

No air conditioning would be unimaginable at any other time of year. The drains in the bathroom smelt a lot in the mornings. Appreciate it's self catering, but lack of toilet rolls and bin bags was annoying.

The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, the pool is good (clean, water is warm), pharmacy, cafe, souvenir shop, bus stop in walking distance. View from the window, the noise of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking ( crockery, spices). Coffee machine. A bottle of wine and clean water was left in the kitchen for us. An umbrella and a mat for the beach 🏖️ The landlord of the flat is a well-mannered, pleasant girl, helped to solve any questions.

Very small flat, there is no full window in the bedroom, the sofa that is in the kitchen is very low and not suitable for sleeping an adult (for a small child is quite suitable). In my opinion, the flat is designed for 2 people, not more. There were no rubbish bags, only 1 capsule for washing things and 1 roll of toilet paper during 8 days stay. The flat is beautiful but everything in it is very budget (cooker, dishes, sofa, table and chairs on the balcony), you have to be very careful not to damage the property.

Has free parking lots across the street and on-premises. The apartment is in an amazing location with a majestic view of the beach and the mountains. Clean and beautiful. Swimming pool and sunbeds on-premises. The apartment has amenities for cooking.

There was no AC in the apartment. Not an issue in December, but can be a deal breaker in summer.

Excellent location with an amazing view from the balcony. Close to a beautiful little beach with black sand. Easy to find parking places around. Perfect for a couple, everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Pool available in the building. Nice staff, very easy to communicate with. All in all, a great location that we absolutely enjoyed and would definitely go back to.
