Please note that the in-person check-in is available till 20:00. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 20 will apply for late check-in after 20:00. A split check-in will incur an additional charge of EUR 15 per trip. Late check-in beyond the agreed time will incur an additional charge of EUR 15 per hour. Please respect the community's quiet hours between 22:00 and 09:00, and between 14:00 and 17:00, as well as the community's rules of conduct. After 20:00, only urgent matters will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions requiring staff presence outside of these hours may incur an additional charge. This property offers self-check-in only. The main guest must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement upon confirming the reservation. Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs resulting from their stay. Smoking is not allowed. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with the rules will result in a fine of $66 or €60. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Otherwise, a late check-out (after 11:00) may affect cleaning or other reservations and will incur an additional fee starting from €60.
