The apartment is really nice, very practical to reach the city centre and local supermarkets, but also with plenty of parking around if one wants to explore the island by car. It was very clean when we arrived. It is decently equipped with kitchenware and towels, and they left us some first care kits (water, toilet paper, coffee, sugar.. ) for the first day, just enough to have time to do our own shopping.

The windows don't have shutters, only curtain. As the flat is at the first floor, one might not feel comfortable in the window open over night without shutters, which means that the flat can get really hot in spring and summer. And there was only one fan. Also, often there was no hot water in the shower in the evening.

Lo que mas nos gustó fue la limpieza del apartamento y la ubicación.

Que el primer día ingresó alguien del staff sin previo aviso hacia la puerta.

El silencio, el orden y la limpieza, así como la cercanía caminando a la zona de restaurantes de la ciudad, pues el Charco de San Ginés estaba a 3 minutos caminando.

Quizá la zona, pues el barrio en sí, a pesar de tener todos los servicios estaba un poco sucio. Aunque no nos sentimos inseguras en ningún momento. Era una barriada de familias aunque descuidada.
