I was very suprised because it looks even better than in the photos, the place was spacious and clean, we had everything we needed, it is so well equiped.

"Ottima posizione per esplorare Lanzarote"

Posizione ottima, comoda e centrale. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente nelle vie adiacenti alla casa, e nel giro di 30 minuti di auto si può raggiungere praticamente ogni punto dell'isola di Lanzarote. Non è presente aria condizionata, ma i ventilatori nelle camere da letto fanno il loro lavoro egregiamente.

Purtroppo dalle tubature escono odori poco piacevoli. Rientrando dalle giornate in escursione era necessario spalancare le finestre appena arrivati. L'acqua calda della doccia non dura per molto tempo, ma essendo solamente in due siamo riusciti a gestire bene i tempi per non farci la doccia fredda.

Cumplió con las expectativas según las fotos. Buena relación calidad precio y muy buena ubicación para moverse en coche por toda la isla y para ir andando a las zonas de ocio y restauración de Arrecife

El edificio es algo ruidoso, pero se respeta bastante los horarios de descanso

"Nice apartment in convenient location with free public parking"

Convenient location just a few minutes of walk from grocery store and city center. Parking is not reserved, however there is street parking and large unpaved parking lot about 2 minutes away (both free). The apartment is nice and clean. Kitchen has all the amenities you might need on your trip. The "yard" is a nice to have, however keep in mind it is located inside the building with limited sun and light.

There is a garage / machine shop right under the bedroom window. It got extremely noisy on Monday morning. However it was fine all weekend and evenings. I'd suggest the TV to be replaced for one with modern features like streaming services, however this is just a nitpick.
