Spectacular views. All new with free parking

An absolutely spectacular apartment. Everything was perfect. The host was incredible, providing a video for how to drive there, find the keys and locate the underground parking. It was great to have a double space - no awkward manoeuvres in your hire car! He provided a wealth of information too. The location is great, with just a quick walk over the Roman Bridge into the centre and it's so easy to drive to without getting lost in the narrow streets in the very centre. It ticks the usual boxes- clean, comfortable, effective aircon. Great shower too. And then there's the huge private terrace to top it all off. Stunning apartment- the best stay on our road trip!

The apartment itself is lovely and located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Everything seems to be quite new and it was very clean. The host is very attentive and provided a large parking spot for our rental car. The beds seem to be a bit smaller than regular Queen-size beds and the mattresses are quite firm.

The building has weak soundproofing. We could easily hear the people next door talking and some dogs further away in the building barking. However, what I really really disliked about this apartment was the large array of different scent diffusers, air fresheners, and scented candles distributed throughout the place and stinking up the air that I breathe. For me, this is as disgusting as stepping into a place that reeks of stale cigarette smoke. It took me many trips to the roof terrace to remove them from the living space and it also took quite some time airing the place out to get rid of the different cloying synthetic smells.

Everything about this apartment was PERFECT. Everything was prepared with such care and attention and was thought through till the smallest details. The apartment was clean, cosy and spacious and view from the terrace was breathtaking! The owner prepared very detailed instructions about the sightseeings, restaurants and other objects of interest, which made navigating even easier. When we arrived, there were welcome drinks and even the jar of cold water waiting for us. Nicolas was always in contact, very friendly and helpful. This is one of our best experiences ever that made our stay in Córdoba pleasant and enjoyable ❤️ Muchas gracias!
