Piso superior bien ubicado, luminoso, silencioso y con más de lo necesario para pasar 5 noches.

La cerradura es medio difícil. Le agarré la mano pero tiene sus trucos. En una oportunidad se olía a sifón de la cloaca, pero supongo que fue por que nos ausentamos un dia. Nada grave que no haya tenido solución rápida.

Odlična lokacija. Vrlo uslužan i susretljiv domaćin. Iznimno čist i dobro opremljen apartman. Odlično opremljen, mašina za suđe, mašina za veš, daska za peglanje i pegla, pećnica, mikrovalna, frizider s ledenicom, nesspredo aparat za kavu, grijali za bodu, toaster…. Super zadovoljni.

Krevet je malo tvrđi kao i jastuci, te nije jako sirok za dvoje odraslih ljudi. Ali to je stvar ukusa. Ukoliko želite spavati odvojeno ili se pokrivati s dvije manje umjesto jedne zajednicke velike plahte, morate to unaprijed reći domaćinu jer nikakve naknadne izmjene bez dodatnog plaćanja nisu moguće.

La situación del apartamento

The location was excellent in every sense – everything you might need is within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and helpful; we had an issue with the bathroom sink, which was resolved immediately. The apartment was clean upon arrival. During our stay, temperatures were below the usual winter average for Madrid, but the apartment had air conditioning with a heating option, which worked very well and made the stay comfortable.

Before arrival, we felt slightly overwhelmed by the number of messages we received. While the communication was well-intentioned, we had already read all the information on Booking and completed the payment on time, so some of the messages felt unnecessary. We stayed for 7 nights, towel changes were available at an extra cost, which felt a bit inconvenient for a stay of that length. As a small suggestion, the sofa and the bed could use some improvement, as they have lost some comfort and cleanliness over time.
