Great views and fully equipped apartment

We had a broken toilet seat on arrival- reported straight away but wasn’t fixed during our stay. Then tried to use the washing machine- the full door fell off when we opened it then we spent ages draining cups of water into the sink as it didn’t work. We reported both of these issues and neither were fixed. We couldn’t use the washing machine after this. It also took us an hour to check in after several phone calls to the owners. Not sure what the problem was but at one point I didn’t think we would get the keys at all. Guy on reception was not helpful!

Lovely apartment, balcony.

We had an issue with a missing glass panel in the shower area.But apart from that all was good.

Good service from staff at the reception. Nice view from the terrace. Good quality on the bed. Well equipped kitchen.

There should have been more clear information that keys to the apartment are available at reception. Worn out sofa, crumbling to the floor. Should be replaced, I can't imagine anyone being interested in putting their children to sleep on that sofa. Complex was very clean. Apartment was clean.lovely big terrace. Good location, 15 minute walks to marina.

The apartment was nice and clean but I think a few minor changes/additions would really be an advantage to this space and future guests. That would be, a toilet roll holder, a hand towel holder, a little shelf in the bathroom so you don't have to put your things on the ground. There's nothing in the bathroom to put any of these things. Also the couch is in bad need of replacement. The leather was flaking off constantly and on to the ground. Luckily we had a sweeping brush. The pillows on the bed need replacing too as they seem to be old, and add a pillow protector along with just a pillow case. We had a great stay

The location is good for the beach and restaurants. Taxis, buses & shops. Just a short walk down to the nice beach. The apartment was nice & and clean. had everything that we needed . Good sized rooms , fabulous views from the balcony.

It was a shame there was no bulb in the light outside the balcony door and no lights at all around the seating area. But it would not put us off staying there again.

At First look it was a nice little apartment on closer inspection it needed a few extra touches, Location was great, it had a nice big terrace/solarium with lovely views and sun from around midday till it goes down, also a little balcony in the bedroom but when it’s windy and the balcony door is closed it howls, it has a lovely big shower although could do with a shelf in as there is no where to put toiletries and could do with a toilet roll holder by the toilet and towel holder by the sink , comfy big bed the actual bed pillows are a bit tired, there’s only one plug socket to use in bedroom unless you unplug the air con. There were plenty of towels. The washing machine was a nice bonus. Contact was great with the owners they replied every time although they didn’t come and change the damaged/chipped things we had mentioned and we had sent them photographs, we even got into the apartment early which we were very grateful for.

Couldn’t sit at the breakfast bar as stools are way too high and there is a microwave on it taking up half the bar, could do with a little shelf in the dead space on the wall between the main counter and breakfast bar to be able to put a few extra bits on as nowhere to put anything when cooking and maybe a bigger corner shelf slightly higher for the microwave, there were cups and plates with chips out of them which isn’t very hygienic, only one big glass and two big cups but one had a big chip, lots of noise from long corridors and can hear other apartment doors slamming probably from being on 9th floor there was a broken plug socket in the lounge area which still had something plugged not good health and safety and the cover was sitting under the tv. Pleather sofa bed was badly worn and pitted and had cover over it, we didn’t even bother to sit on it.
