"Nice building, but avoid the penthouse unit."

Nice location, on the promenade, with a good view towards the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need.

The penthouse apartment is actually a former storage space I suspect. It is partly made out of PVC walls, so the living room/kitchen area is super hot during the day and freezing at night. This is an issue as there is no AC.

"Good value, but highs and lows."

The location of the apartment is fantastic, possibly one of the best on the seafront. The bed was comfortable, and all bedding/towels clean and fresh. Very quiet at night. The host, Juan was very pleasant and helpful, delivering beautiful oranges from his farm as a gift for us.

We stayed in early December and weather was not really hot. But we still felt the apartment need air-conditioning, which it doesn't have. The hot water tank is quite small. We explained to Juan that when taking a shower, after 2 mins the water ran cold. Maybe he can fix that. A couple of important utensils missing from kitchen, corkscrew and bread knife.

Host Juan is super helpful and friendly. Apartment is in a stunning location with beautiful views out the double balcony doors , apartment is well equipped and clean. Would definitely return and highly recommend 👌

Very nice apartment and super nice host! He left us fruits and a bottle of wine on the table to welcome us. We could ask Juan for everything. His took care of our luggage on our last day after check out and took us to the airport. Beautiful view from the balcony. We would love to come back!!

Only the floor was not really clean.
