Es un apartamento muy agradable, en el centro de la ciudad. Bastante limpio y reformado.

Al estar en el centro es difícil encontrar aparcamiento pero hay parking cerca.

"Excelente ubicación, en el centro de Ourense."

Ubicación excelente, estudio prácticamente nuevo a priori recién reformado.

Echamos en falta algún servicio, como cafetera con cápsulas o trona de bebés. Las camas no son especialmente cómodas.

Está situado en una calle céntrica pero tranquila. Está limpio.

El colchón de la cama de matrimonio está deformado y no se puede descansar bien porque te hundes.

Localización, limpieza y trato. Piso muy cómodo , con todo lo que necesitas.

Quizá mejoraría el colchón/almohadas pero está muy bien. Solo es para el 10!

"Moderno y acogedor con algunos peros"

Lo que más me gusto fue que era un espacio muy acogedor, moderno, bien aislado del exterior y súper céntrico.

Lo que no me gustó fue que la parte de atrás de la nevera tenia un olor súper desagradable a podrido. Hace falta limpieza ahí. Ese olor se extendía por el piso si dejabas las ventanas cerradas. Lo otro que no me gustó fueron los somieres de las camas individuales. Sus tablas hacían tanto ruido al estar en cama que tuve que poner el colchón en el suelo para poder dormir.
