Apartamento Terra Denis

everything was perfect. fantastic apartment.

We liked how clean the apartment was and that it was ground floor. We liked that it was dog friendly and there was heating and a dishwasher. It was very spacious and the wifi was great.

We really struggled getting into the front door of the property because the keys do not work well or the lock is broken. We raised this with the owner but see this has been raised before. It was impossible to shower in the 2nd bathroom because the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold. We raised this and the owner said she will get it sorted. The neighbours called the police to the apartment because we had a light on and they could hear our dog. luckily our family we were visiting were there at the apartment with us and could translate to the police. It was highly embarrassing and annoying this happened and ruined our stay. We felt we had to tip toe around despite other residents banging around and going in and out of the main door, slamming it, to have cigarettes. We are professional people not even having a party! Just 2 of us and police called! Awful!

Croissants and cake and milk was a nice touch. The property was cleverly designed, spacious and everything we needed, good location, 20 minutes walk to historic centre. Maria was very helpful and responded quickly to messages

The property was a bit cold but it was explained to us that the central heating doesn't come in until 1st October, it was 18 degrees in the apartment and our toddler struggled to sleep
