Buena relación calidad-precio, el apartamento es grande y el salón-comedor muy acogedor. Hemos encontrado sitio para aparcar alrededor de la manzana todos los días.

Esta en una zona un poco rara pero está bien. Había varias trampas para cucarachas y teníamos miedo de encontrarnos alguna, a parte de alguna mancha en el colchón. Por el resto bien!

Shower was not OK, water pressure low, difficult temperature setting, slow water drain. Bed was soft and uneven, I guess old.

El apartamento en si esta bien ubicado, es grande y la cocina esta bien equipada.

El apartamento olía raro, sobre todo el baño que olía a pis desde el primer momento. La ducha no traga bien el agua, hay muy poca presión y las toallas huelen a humedad.

The apartment is in a very good location — just a short walk to the city center (about 10 minutes) and right next to the local market, which was very convenient. We especially enjoyed the little balcony, perfect for having our morning coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals. The bed was also uncomfortable — the mattress was too soft and lacked proper support, making it hard to sleep well.

The kitchen windows face a busy street, so it was extremely noisy throughout the day. The bedroom windows open to an inner courtyard, but we couldn’t keep them open due to a strong sewage smell. Unfortunately, the same unpleasant odor was constantly present in the bathroom as well. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and there were no basic kitchen supplies like salt or oil. Check-in was also very frustrating — the new online access system didn’t work smoothly, and communication with the host was only through chat; a voice call wasn’t possible. There was no parking available near the building, and we had to leave our car in a paid underground garage.

It was spacious and was very well equipped. The apartment was cleaned and looked fresh and comfortable. Very good value for the money.

A little bit hard to understand how to get in the first time. I wish there was coffee or tea.

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartments – everything you need is provided, and everything works perfectly. This is exactly how I imagined a true Spanish apartment with quality renovations. There is a separate room for families with children, a small balcony, and a washing machine. Two sets of keys for the building entrance and the apartment are very convenient. The location is excellent, right next to the Africa Market, midway between Plaza de España, the bus station, and large shopping centers. The company also offers many apartments in Santa Cruz and La Laguna. These apartments offer excellent value for money.

Hard to find; a photo of the entrance via WhatsApp would help. Weak shower pressure and hard to adjust (hot water was constant). No similar apartments in the West or South of the island. 🙂
